Site Scan of 5500 LMD (July 8, 2026)

At the time of this scan, the project had advanced into paving, building interiors, and new-building foundations:

The general contractor had laid the initial (base) layer of asphalt as required by Ottawa County.

Buildings B & C had drywall completed, with work having begun on trim, flooring, and interior doors in both buildings.

Building D & E footings were poured. For Building D, the poured walls/forms had been placed and stripped (removed), and the building was now awaiting grading and the concrete floor pour.

The Building E footing was being finished as the scan was completed, and is expected to cure and have forms set within 7 days of the scan date.

Summary: Base asphalt down per county requirement, Buildings B & C into interior finishes (trim/flooring/doors), Building D foundation walls poured and stripped awaiting slab, and Building E footing being finished at time of flight.

Site Scan of 5500 LMD (August 12, 2026)

At the time of this scan, the project had advanced into completed exteriors, dry-in on Building D, and vertical construction on Building E:

Base asphalt, curbing, and sidewalks were in place, with storm structures set in the new pavement and utility stubs standing above grade.

Buildings B & C were complete on the exterior — siding, shingles, gutters, unit entries, and finished walks.

Building D was fully dried in — framing complete, walls wrapped in Tyvek with openings cut, roof decked with underlayment applied. No windows or shingles yet.

Building E had gone from footing to vertical — slab poured, stud walls standing, sheathing started on one end.

A separate accessory slab was poured with anchor bolts set, awaiting framing.

Site was active during capture: excavator, loader, and telehandler working, materials staged near the framing, and the east detention basin established.

Summary: Paving and sidewalks in, Buildings B & C complete on the exterior, Building D dried in awaiting shingles, Building E framing underway, and an accessory slab poured.
