Thornapple River Peninsula

Waterfront Site Documentation | Grand Rapids, Michigan

Red Feather Site Intelligence developed a comprehensive visual record to help a private client better understand how a waterfront site had changed over time.

I reviewed decades of historical aerial imagery, compared visible site features across multiple time periods, and organized supporting records and current-condition imagery into a structured report. The work brought scattered information together into a clear chronology, with annotated exhibits that made complex site history easier to follow.

Throughout the project, I distinguished observable conditions from statements in supplied records and clearly documented the limitations of the imagery. The result was an organized reference package designed to support review by the client and their professional advisors.
